Job Summary:

The Country Technical Coordinator (CTC) Technical Analyst position will be responsible for the processing of Dealer Issue Detection-Incident (DID-I) reports issued by the Stellantis dealer network (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM, Wagoneer, SRT, Fiat, Alfa Romeo).


  • Oversee the day-to-day Stellantis DID-I activities
  • Review all DID-I’s for specific corporate compliance including, but not limited to:
    • Specific vehicle conditions
    • Specific diagnosis and repair procedures performed
    • Parts required for repairs
    • Attached media regarding the cause/correction
  • Review DID-I for completeness and either reject for further corrections or accept to promote to customer database for further analysis
  • Communicate with internal and external clients
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks which maintain compliance to both corporate and customer standards
  • Follow-up on all rejected DID-I reports with the specific dealer and ensure all revisions have been incorporated correctly
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with the engineering and service organizations
  • Follow current DID-I procedures and processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
  • Provide updated DID-I project information relating to project schedules, and project changes
  • Document open issues and follow through on resolution as needed
  • Use of Content Development QS 9000/TS16949 Procedures, Work Instructions, Training and Records according to the corporate quality system

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Knowledgeable in automotive failure analysis
  • Two years’ experience as an automotive technician and/or similar automotive technical service experience
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Manage time/workload to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail and thorough approach to follow-through on all tasks
  • Enthusiastic and well organized
  • Ability to multitask and interface with many personalities
  • Capable of adhering to schedules and raising issues as necessary
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiencies

Desired Skills and Abilities: 

  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Travel Requirements 

  • Less than 10% domestic and international travel may be required
