Tweddle Group was the first company to replace and enhance printed owner materials with a customer-friendly user guide, DVD and mobile phone application. The combination of our content development, information management and delivery teams worked to develop an electronic format. Our ability to develop information once and deliver it in a variety of customer requested outputs, ensures consistency in leading edge technology.

One version of the new kit includes a four-color printed user guide containing all data that consumers need to quickly understand the features of their new vehicle. Also included is a DVD containing video tutorials of key features and PDFs of the complete owner’s manual, radio manuals, warranty information and other supplements. The mobile phone application is available to customers with smartphone technology to further enhance the ownership experience.

To ensure an accurate and customer-friendly product, Tweddle engages the OEMs marketing, engineering, legal, safety and quality groups. Focus groups and pilot tests are also conducted with potential and/or current vehicle owners. The result is a customer-branded, user-friendly and attractive piece that gives customers all the information they need to know about their new vehicle.
