Owner's Information

Combining the services of information development, management and delivery, Tweddle has revolutionized the owner’s information kit process. At the fullest implementation, we provide a Tier 1 production part solution whereby we develop the owner's manual, warranty manual, reference guide and all other content included in the glove box kit.

Working with OEM engineering, we evaluate ongoing program changes while continuously monitoring plant production forecasts (via EDI or other value added networks). This enables us to align development, management and delivery of up-to-date products in support of vehicle production requirements.

Vehicle/market-specific kits include branding, market localization, print production/replication and assembly. Complete kits are delivered to plant/ports on a just-in-time (JIT) basis. All program services are presented in a unit price per kit resulting in a true Tier 1 production part solution. Realized benefits include:
